Cremers Coffee / Branding / June 2024 /

Alex approached me in 2024 wanting a fresh and energetic visual identity for his coffee cart business; Cremers Coffee. I designed a logo, using the visual of latte art to incorporate the word mark CC. The vermillion colour used as the primary colour for the branding felt modern and attention grabbing, useful for standing out on street corners where he usually has his pop-ups. I also designed a suite of illustrations to be used across print, social media and merchandise.

During our intial meeting, Alex voiced that one of the key values for the business was ‘doing the simple things well’. I thought this summary was a perfect statement to use throughout the branding and made sure the logo and illustrated assets clearly reflected this too. Here are some of my initial sketches.
